What Is and Isn't a Product Roadmap?
A product roadmap is not a feature-factory delivery schedule. Think of it as a prototype for your strategy - communicating the what, why, and sequencing of planned outcomes to deliver customer and company value. Like any prototype, it will get refined as you learn. The associated KPIs will enable you to determine if the results provided the expected outcomes and ROI for the time and resources invested.
